This policy explains how Temu Booking handles personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

What we collect

For business owners: your name, email and business details. For customers booking through a business: name, email, phone and any notes you provide when booking. We store booking times and history.

How we use it

To operate the booking service — confirming bookings, sending reminders and notifications, and showing businesses their bookings and customers. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Booking details are shared with the business you book with. We use trusted processors (e.g. Supabase for data, Resend for email) under data-protection terms.

Retention & your rights

We keep data while your account is active. You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data by emailing privacy@temubooking.com.

Security

Data is access-controlled per business and encrypted in transit. We never expose one business's data to another.
