Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the Temu Booking Pro subscription.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pro plan at any time from the Billing page. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again after cancelling.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current period. If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days at billing@temubooking.com and we'll make it right.
Customer bookings
Refunds for individual bookings (between a customer and a business) are handled directly by that business according to their own policy — Temu Booking does not process those payments in this version.
