These terms govern your use of Temu Booking (“the Service”), an online booking platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate business information.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to collect data without the consent of the people it concerns. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Plans & payment

The Free plan is offered at no cost. Paid (Pro) plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Temu Booking is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
